Recycling is good!

When advertising dollars are down, just slap a 2009 sticker on the front of the 2008 newspaper tab and call 'er good! My question - where did all the 2008 tabs come from? Didn't the advertisers pay for distribution of their ads in 2008? Hmmmm.....
